What is the Business Dispute Resolution Alliance?

The Business Dispute Resolution Alliance (BDRA) is a Western Pennsylvania initiative of the Conflict Resolution Center International. The BDRA's mission is to educate businesses about processes other than litigation to resolve all types of business disputes. These processess are often called ADR (Alternative or Appropriate Dispute Resolution). There are many forms of ADR including the following:

  • Mediation
  • Traditional and Expedited Arbitration
  • Mini-Trials
  • Partnering
  • Fact-Finding
  • Early Neutral Evaluation
